1. Where is your baklava made?

Our baklava is made fresh daily in Berlin. We use traditional recipes and high-quality ingredients to guarantee authentic taste.

2. How long does baklava keep?

Our baklava typically keeps for 5-7 days when stored in a cool, dry place. Refrigeration can extend its shelf life.
TR: Baklava serin ve kuru ortamda genellikle 5–7 gün dayanır. Buzdolabında daha uzun süre tazeliğini koruyabilir.

3. Do you deliver throughout Germany?

Yes, we deliver our baklava directly to your home within Germany.

4. How quickly will the delivery take place?

Delivery usually takes place within 1–3 business days after dispatch. Next-business-day delivery is also possible with express shipping.

5. Can I cancel my order?

Since our products are freshly made to order, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible after production has started.

6. Can I return the baklava?

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for highly perishable foods such as baklava. However, should there be a problem with the delivery or quality, we will of course find a fair solution.
TR: Baklava gibi çabuk bozulabilen gıdalarda yasal iade hakkı bulunmamaktadır. Ancak kalite veya teslimat sorunu varsa mutlaka çözüm sunuyoruz.

7. What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the goods and packaging. We will offer a replacement or refund.

8. What ingredients do you use?

We use high-quality ingredients such as pistachios, nuts, fine butter, and traditional pastry layers. Quality is our top priority.

9. Does your baklava contain alcohol or pork gelatin?

No. Our products contain no alcohol and no pork gelatin .

10. Can I send baklava as a gift?

Yes! Our baklava is perfect as a gift. You can also specify a different delivery address when ordering.

11. Are larger quantities or company orders also possible?

Yes, we also offer larger orders for events, companies, or special occasions. Please feel free to contact us directly.
